Manage your HeyDonna account settings and profile information.
Accessing Account Settings
You can access your account settings in two ways:
- Account dropdown - Click your avatar in the top-right corner
- Direct navigation - Go to
/dashboard/profile

Customize your personal information:
- Update your name
- Change your avatar
- View connected accounts
Security
Your account security is managed through our authentication provider:
- Change your password
- Enable two-factor authentication
- View login activity
Workspace Reports
Workspace admins and owners can open Workspace → Reports to view Deliveries awaiting a claim. This read-only list shows the project, order reference, recipient address, and how long the delivery has been waiting.
The list shows current unresolved deliveries, independent of the report date range. A delivery disappears when it is claimed or revoked. Use Load more to see further pages; a page with no matching deliveries can still have more pages available. When the entire list is empty, Reports shows “No deliveries are waiting to be claimed.”
There are no claim, retry, or revoke actions in this list.
