Welcome to HeyDonna! This section will help you get up and running quickly.

What You'll Need

Before you begin, make sure you have:

1. A HeyDonna account - Request an invite (opens in a new tab) if you don't have one
2. An audio file - MP3, WAV, or M4A format
3. A modern browser - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge

Workflow Overview

1. Upload your audio file to create a new project
2. Wait a few minutes while AI generates the initial transcript
3. Edit using synchronized audio playback and AI proofreading
4. Export to DOCX when you're done

Quick Tips

• Use keyboard shortcuts to control audio playback while editing
• Click any word to jump to that moment in the audio
• AI proofreading uses Track Changes so you can review every suggestion
• Your work is auto-saved as you type
